August Challenge: No added sugar— don’t eat anything with added sugar. Fruit is allowed but try to reduce intake to 1 serving a day and replace with veggies. Good luck!

10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
10 Bicep Curl + Shoulder Press
30 Medicine Ball Mountain Climbers
10 Sumo Deadlift + Kettlebell High Pull
5 Competition Burpees
