Fcuk the Gym Workout
Couplet workout. Each couplet is 8 rounds (4 minutes) 20 work/10 rest. Alternate between the two exercises until 4 minutes is up and move onto the next couplet.
1) Dragon lunge w/ Sandbag or other weight
2) Reptile run
1) Squat with forward kick w/ Sandbag or other weight
2) Dancing crab
1) 3 sandbag side lift & 1 tuck jump
2) Breakdance Push Up
